Who We Work With
The teenage years can be tough, with school pressures, changes in the body, and new environments all impacting mental wellbeing. That’s why nurturing healthy mental habits during these years is so important. We’re here to support your child’s mental health journey every step of the way.
Children and Teens
We provide neurodiversity-affirming support to help manage emotions, improve focus, reduce anxiety, and build everyday coping skills for parents, children, teenagers and adults.
ADHD and Autism
Life can get overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn. Adults face unique challenges—stress, anxiety, burnout, and big life changes—that affect how we feel. Taking that first step to reach out for therapy can make all the difference. With compassionate, personalised support, you can build coping skills, find clarity, and regain balance. You don’t have to do it alone—we’re here to help you thrive every step of the way.
Adults
We provide a variety of assessments designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their support needs. These assessments can assist with planning to achieve personal goals, support access requests for the NDIS, or prepare for NDIS plan reviews.
